App never works correctly. Season pass holders. My family's bands link to their accounts when we arrive, but mine as main account will not. Photos and videos may be available once a month. Go to customer service and they tell you they know about it and there's nothing they can do. Using an LG phone. Don't want to reinstall because it was such a pain to get it to acknowledge my user and password the first time.

I had to reinstall the app for my new phone and when I get to the point of entering my email and pin, it won't sign in. How about an option for forgot pin instead of clicking on retry or having to start all over. I would hate to lose 9,000 plus points. Edit: I signed in with the same email and lost all of my points. I was so close to getting a park towel. Makes me not want to attend the park anymore. Thanks

Every time I click on the photo option the app closes. Can't view any of my photos. My son has an iPhone and he doesn't have that issue. You should really fix that issue for us who have Androids.

Every time I open the picture and video it closes the app would really love to see my pictures so if I could see my pictures and videos I'd give it a better rating and I did talk to comster service and they said it was the app

Park is fabulous...everything is A1 except linking your wrist band to the app to download your photos.. I took my family of 5 there on July 28th and still can't view or download my photos.

Whats the point of having an app if its not functional? I've uninstalled it and tried downloading it again and it still does not work. Seen others saying they have not received and email and neither have I. Would be great to see photos or even to be able to use the app period.
