I've used this a few times now when going out for a curry or sending a taxi to fetch the misses. very easy to use and peace of mind not needing to have cash with you.

The application accepts phone number without '0'. But won't get the 4 digit phone number. Validation issue.

A pleasantly intuitive app that goes beyond the norm with its fare estimator (which the drivers like too, they tell me, because they then get to see my intended destination before accepting the booking), and the card payment option. Backed up by the V Cars service itself, which I've found generally responsive and reasonably priced.

The app is generally fine, but recently it keeps sending drivers to the wrong location, even though I can clearly see that the app is detecting my correct location. Additionally, it never gives the driver my door number. Once that's fixed and the app actually makes using Vcars more convenient again, I'll increase my rating, I guess.

Worked before. But kept giving me a no internet connection dispute having internet. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it worked. Didn't. Had to resort to calling instead.

An ok app but useless as booking in advance for a specific time does nothing to ensure you actually get one for when you need it.
