App was rubbish when booking the return journey back home, yet going was no problem. After 20 mins of waiting, I phoned the office to be told by them to not use the app if specifically wanting a set time. What is the use of the app then, as thats what I thought it was used for.

Does not work put in post code and then does not allow you to manually insert house number
