I used to love speaking to an actual person to book and pay by card, I think I will now change to another company, especially after the way I was treated last week going to and from hospital. Again yet another £1 charge to sign up on this app. I don't think the left arm knows what the right arm is doing there? This app as I was informed isn't live until September????

Wont bother even using the app waited over half hour for a taxi on 2 separate occasions not even an apology from the driver definitely won't be using these again especially if im in a rush like I was the last time I waited over half hour for a taxi, wish I used a different taxi service now

The is a major issue with this app on card details. PLEASE NOTE cards expire at THE BEGINNING ON THE MONTH!! Can you please correct this error as cards expire at the END of the given month eg expirey date 01/21 This means the card expires on the 31st of January NOT the 1st of January as you app is telling me

Always use the app and fantastic services. Always have cars available and never a long waiting time. Drivers helpful and very friendly.

Terrible app, waiting times are a lie. Drivers never turn up at the time you book for. Always late. Dont bother, unless you want to be late.
