Useless. Can't log in, and the search page changes depending on how you get into it. Sometimes it shows a tick mark to include certified locations and sometimes it doesn't. Very badly designed app. I always have to resort to going to my desktop and doing my bookings through a browser...

Jan 2024: Still a dreadful customer experience. Down for maintenance yesterday. Back up today but won't let me log in. Says my password or login details are incorrect, yet they work just fine on the website. When I was logged in, why does the list of future bookings show everything except where we've actually booked? Dates, references, people, even the date we placed the booking, but nothing about which site we actually booked. I have to click on each entry one by one to find the locations.

Very bad. Old version of the app worked reasonably well. This one is slow, clunky, shows no prices for certificated locations. Virtually unusable. Update: Several updates haven't fixed it, still horrible.

Slow, works when it feels like it, the search engine is rubbish, even when you know the name it just bounces you backwards between location and site. One star because as a member I can book off it otherwise it would be a zero. I expected better tbh

For some reason I can't log into the app. It works fine online, but the app constantly denies I have an account. It makes booking sites quite tedious.

Quite possibly the most unstable app in the world of apps. I think I may need to cancel my membership as booking anything using this app is a total nightmare.
