Dire. Got to the screen where I enter my validation code & new password. When I enter those details, nothing happens. The wheel spins & vanishes, but the app just stays on that page - no error messages, no details about why it won't go further. Tried to verify my email address through the invite link again, but it confirms it's already verified, so that's not the issue. A complete waste of time.

Went through all the registration pages and when I was asked to create my profile it simply passed me on to a page that reads "Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server". Would like an update if this gets fixed please.

Not sure why people struggle with the DOB.. its literally the same for most other apps and has been for a while.. just click the year. Bar that, it works, not had any issues. Bit slow moving between pages but suppose its fine for what it is

After some initial problems, the support team helped in resolving my access issue. The app works well with multiple quick links to the services provided.

Applingly poor app design: to select your date of birth, you need to scroll through the calendar one month at a time, starting at January 2001. Fine if you're the 14-year-old person who presumably designed this app in their bedroom, not so good it you need to tap "previous month" more than 400 times. An excellent example of an app that hasn't been tested by anyone other than the dev, so the unbelievably obvious design flaws have been missed.

I have just downloaded and used it. I got access to digicare through work critical illness cover. And it works perfect for me (android, Samsung). I added members, I ordered blood test kit and generally browsed. I did not encounter any issues.
