Their app keeps on having error, can't login etc. I have been using this app for more than a year as i need to send parcels to customers. And i have been reinstalling more than 10 times. I think it's time to look for other reliable courier services. Updated 3 Sep 2020: it got worse, cannot log in. Selected forget password but unable to recognise my email (entity not found). Their delivery timing and quality is ok but their app interface really sucks!

Dashboard is a joke. Cannot even login. Requested for pw reset and there was error. Dropped email to CS and all I got was a cut and paste reply that my message will be forwarded to the "relevant team". This relevant team is skiving i suppose. It's been more than 72hrs and my problem is still not yet resolved. I advise u guys not to buy ninjapacs. Just continue with smartpac will do. No hassel and easy. 72hrs later, while still waiting, guess what? My smartpacs already reached my recipients 😂

I tried my ninja pack id in the website but it's invalid. After so many attempts to reach them to no avail, I've decided to donwload and try it in the app. It worked. But gosh! so buggy. It doesn't have a home button. Like there's a tutorial buttom for the dashboard but there's no button for the dashboard? Everytime i need to close the tutorial. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I CANT REACH THEM! EASY TO BUY NINJA PACKS BUT IT TAKES DAYS BEFORE PICKING UP AND DELIVERING AN ORDER!

Need to register to track order. After registering, the tracker is not working. The tracker says not found but it works on their website. Poor app.

I don't understand what's wrong with their app. This keeps on telling me reload every time I open a new page or something. It's a pain to use. Stick to web portal or just find a different courier.
