Great app for assisting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities. Peace of mind for carers helping them to know their where a bouts making the vulnerable adult more independant. After just 1 year, the app was good then the location tracker stopped working and I was not getting any help from Monqi support to fix it, warranting the phone useless now 😭

Problem after problem. Bought a phone direct from Monqi which took an age to get working (I work in the tech world). Once working it was ok for a week then it refused to connect to the WiFi ever again. Monqi were absolutely no use. Fast forward six months with no WiFi and the phone just died for no reason. Monqi support refuse to accept any responsibility although they are clearly pushing sub-standard hardware. Nice idea but they haven't tested it enough so open to issues. Avoid

It is useful for younger children from 8 to 12 years but after that they will get picked on and went a proper phone like an iPhone or samsung like their friends. It is excellent to be able to control what your child accesses and I really love this feature. The reason it is not 5 stars is that there are not many cases available to protect the device, and also the fingerprint sensor isnt very good and 8 out of 10 times doesnt work, but theres still the pin feature.

Not impressed. Battery run flat within a day..First time the phone is taking away from home the tracking doesn't work..pointless might as well get my daughter a normal phone with family restrictions via Google.

I had my reservations when I was recommended this by a friend but I've never been more impressed by what an app can do than this one. So easy to set up and use, keeps my child safe and gives me peace of mind. No in app purchases or ads, no inappropriate browsing or downloading of any inappropriate apps. I get to know where my child is and what theyre doing, especially given the amount of dodgy stuff there is out there, i couldnt recommended this enough. 5* +++

I am loving this app. My daughter is loving her phone, too. She is happy that we worry less because we know where she is and we are comfortable with her use of the phone and the apps that she has access to. Yes, it is a little bit Orwellian Big Brother, but we have involved our daughter in the decision making. Sharing our concerns and listening to hers, has allowed her to feel empowered and protected and us to feel happier about her exploring independence. Thank you, Monqi!
