App is better before. It doesn't load anymore. It keeps on pinning my location to a place in Germany. Tried inputting the address, but it doesn't work either.

So far my experience on this app was good enough. Though there are times that the app slows down even if I have good internet connection and the pin is always everywhere which you need always type in your location. Most drivers are not that techie and you would understand. Micab might need to provide them refresher seminar or some training. So far, I did not experience rude drivers and drivers always turn on their meter once they have pick me up. I think it would be hard for Micab to provide reward schemes for customers but that would be better.

The app lacks several interface systems. No indication that passenger has already been picked up. Map of driver is super jumpy and is not at all consistent with location. Driver gets lost due to the map being jumpy. No drop off indicator making it seem like the passenger or the driver just has to cancel the ride instead of actually crediting the driver for a successful ride. Is this app a joke?

If I can rate this app... It's zero! Why? No drivers available, well maybe because reward scheme is not compensating. Also, I noticed once you got a driver, the app will lost connection and may lead to cancel your ride. Please improve your service or if not please discontinue service. Drivers will not commit to take your booking because they don't earn much. So bad! Grrr

Om my first time to book, I got a driver immediately and waited 10 minutes. When it passed me it already had a passenger and kept going without contacting me that he was canceling the ride. 20 minutes later, he still was "on the way to me" but was going farther from my pin. The app is fine. The taxi driver users need training in ethics and how to use the app properly.
