3. 현금영수증 발급의무
- 현금영수증 의무발행업종을 영위하는 사업자는 건당 거래금액 10만원 이상인 재화또는 용역을 공급하고 그 대금을 현금으로 받은 경우에는 반드시 현금영수증 발급

※ 현금영수증 의무발행업종(소득세법 시행령 별표 3의 3) ※
• 사업서비스업 : 변호사, 공인회계사, 세무사, 변리사, 건축사 등
• 보건업 : 종합병원, 일반병원, 치과병원, 한방병원, 일반의원 등
• 음식숙박업 : 일반유흥주점업, 무도유흥주점업, 관광숙박시설운영업
• 교육서비스업 : 일반교습학원, 예술학원, 운전학원
• 그 외 업종 : 예식장업, 부동산 자문 및 중개업, 산후조리원, 시계 및 귀금속 소매업, 피부미용업 등

- 현금영수증 발급의무 위반시 현금영수증 발급하지 아니한 거래대금의 50%에 상당하는 과태료 부과
