This company is so incompetent that they didn't even want to take my money. I ordered an umbrella from them they never processed the order issued a refund and then when I sent an email asking why they never returned the email or provided an explanation. the concept of the umbrella is great but the customer service sucks. Please avoid purchasing their product.

Perfect

The whole point to this umbrella is that it should notify you when it's raining or about to rain...its also supposed to notify you if you forget your umbrella outside of your home...this app does neither! Also when my wife emailed Kisha about the issue, their response was that they use a third party provider specializing in weather forecasting...the umbrella is great quality...the app, horrible! If the app is fixed I will change my review.

About this app

Kisha Umbrella is a unique product that consists of an umbrella with a bluetooth chip connected to your smartphone. It enables you to never forget your umbrella in a public place such as restaurant, pub, meetup or a conference by constantly keeping the connection between your smartphone and your umbrella “alive”. Once connection is lost, you’ll get a notification on your smartphone. It also checks the weather forecast in the morning and lets you know if you should take your Kisha umbrella with you.
