Absolutely amazing! I moved to a new state and couldn't see my old doctor anymore. I don't have insurance so this is a great alternative! I was even able to change the prescription after my appointment. I used their messaging patient portal saying the first prescription was too expensive for me. It took a few hours to get a message from a medical professional but they changed it immediately to a prescription $500 cheaper no questions asked! Truly a great app with great medical staff and support!

the conversation was easy. the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. the prescription was at the pharmacy almost immediately. the prices can't be touched even with co-pays from insurance. I highly recommend it.

It was fast and extremely convenient to get help quick for a UTI that was progressing quickly. I was able to talk to a doctor and within 15 to 20 minutes, have a prescription on the way. When I needed help getting the prescription to another pharmacy that was 24 hours, they took care of that easily. I got my prescription at 1AM and was able to actually sleep after taking the medication. I would highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY Love the ease of My entire process from beginning to end and you have the opportunity to have your prescription sent to Your own Pharmacy for same day pick up!!! The entire Time I was able to message Chat with the Dr/PA/Nurse practitioner and I was able to ask questions answer questions. I will DEFINITELY be using this Service Again & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT to anyone who has non emergency life threatening illness. I am extremely SATISFIED with My Services I received!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience was amazing, so easy and simple. The entire process took only 15 minutes, to set up my account and chat with a real doctor. 1 hour later my meds was sent to a pharmacy of my choice and thanks to goodrx it only cost me $28 for a 3 month supply. Absolutely amazing, thank you Hey Doctor for making my life a little less stressful!!!!

Simple, quick and totally legit. I asked goggle a question and this app pop up stating you dont have to see a doctor and decided to try it out and wow! got my medication the next morning. All I did was paid my visit $39 and my medication $12.
