The app is way more expensive than the typical moving company. I typically get 2 labor for 2 hours for $135. They charge me $120 per hours. Use normal moving agent and save 50 percent. There was a rain when I was loading the car they had to stop and charge me $120 for waiting until the rain stopped.

The app is okay, the service is bad. I ordered a pickup for a couple of heavy items to move from one apartment to another. I am unable to lift heavy items and since the first apartment was on the 3rd floor i just needed some simple help. They didn't show up until 2 hrs late and only because i kept calling. Only one guy showed up in a lawn care truck. No pads and no helper. We managed to make the move but had to strap the doors of the truck shut because the bed of the truck was filled with eqpt
