I didn't have a service done, but from what I've experienced just by chatting with someone (Angela Robinson), I'll definitely use this service. I myself don't like going to places and waiting in awkward silence waiting to have my hair done. With this I can actually be completely comfortable in my own home! This is great that this option is available in my area!!! Super excited to use this!

I've spent a good amount of money on the services in this app. Very frustrating when the new version of it appears to be broken. Doesn't sit well when you can't depend on the platform. Who is fixing this bug? At least communicate with your customers.

tried to use this app to see if I can schedule s barber for my boyfriend who is in the hospital. system required that I create a profile before letting me do anything else then did not send the required verification code. tried resending code, tried waiting 20 minutes. not worth the time or phone memory.

This is a God send for new moms! I just finished with Alex in Brooklyn and it is amazing! She is so sweet and accommodating and the haircut is fantastic! Please market to new parents because this made me feel like myself again and it fits in between feedings for baby perfectly!

It keeps saying "uh oh invalid address please use a valid US address" but my address is valid it shows up on the feed of locations but does not allow me to choose it.
