If I could give this app negative stars, I would. I submitted claims to them a year ago. About 8 weeks after submitting, I tried to check up on the status of my claims. They never responded. I lost out on a couple thousand dollars worth of reimbursements because the window for filing claims closed. I still have no idea what they did with the information I submitted because nobody got back to me. I recommend Reimbursify (no, they're not paying me lol). Just DO NOT FALL FOR THIS APP!

Could not even sign up, the app didn't work. Kept getting some error message that said "response parse error."

The app seems like a great idea. I'm very interested in it, have downloaded it and even told friends about it however, I have made quite a few attempts to contact someone via the supplied email with no response. I am nervous about using a company like this is if there is not an appropriate support system in place for clients should we have questions or issues. I am hoping this review will get a response and my questions answered in which case I would be happy to adjust my review and rating
