Cant delete your account. I just wanted to try this out. Decided it's not the best way for my to get my shampoo. Paused my subscription but there is no way to delete an account. I messaged my team of supposedly real people asking if there was a way to delete and instead of an answer to my question, I just got a genetic response about pausing my subscription. DONT TRY THIS OUT UNLESS YOU ARE OKAY WITH THEM KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION FOREVER.

I was going to download the app to get a coupon on my next order, but it won't even load on my phone. I have an Android, but that should not be a problem since it is in the play store.

The app worked fine. But if I could give the COMPANY negative stars, I would. I ordered a shampoo and conditioner (thank God I got the smallest sizes) because they were AWFUL. It coated my hair with a layer of grease but also made my ends feel very dry. I contacted the company literally 2 days after I first tried it and I have yet to hear from them about any sort of resolution. And, to top it off, there is no way to request a refund if you weren't satisfied.

I'm having issues with my current shampoo and conditioner. It's started to become to heavy for my hair. Not the apps fault or company. That's why they still get 5 stars. Great app and really easy to maneuver. Very simple and esthetically pleasing.

I'm a new subscriber. I placed my order but I'm not able to download the app....?? Anyone else have this problem? It's been 4 days now and it's very fustrating. I just want beautiful, soft, stress free locks and I'm not getting that! 😭

I love Formulate! My first order was stolen from my porch and they happily sent me a new order at no charge, then when I wanted to make adjustments to the formula they were happy to accommodate and sent me an updated formula also at no charge. The customer service is unbeatable and the product is amazing! I recommend Formulate to everyone now.
