The developers of this app are inactive, which results in many old inaccurate restaurants listed even though they don't exist. The app still takes your money, but customer service doesn't exist so it just goes to their bank account and you never get your food or a refund. I don't know how Google still allows this to remain on the app store.

The app is great! I've saved plenty of money and gotten great food in the process. However, Feedback's map doesn't seem to work on my Samsung Galaxy S9+. It's been frustrating since I haven't been able to check out new offers since about November. There's been no timeline of when a fix will come either. For that, I have to give Feedback 3 stars.

It sucks that i have to give this app such a poor rating. It saves me money. Supposedly, it helps the less fortunate. Despite this, I'm too scared to use it. Unstable doesnt even begin to describe this app. Not only does it take 3-7 attempts to load the menu for a restaurant, but once you've finally loaded it, there's no guarantee that it won't try to reload and fail miserably. I have no confidence that when I get to the restaurant that the app will load and prove I have ordered.

It is a great app when it works and will save you money. But the app is very glitchy and the options have become pretty poor. Before you used to get 50% off on a bunch of things, now it's like 10-20% so its not really worth the time. My favorite spots also stopped offering feedback which is disappointing. They need more quality food options or coffeeshops and also hire better developers to fix the bugginess

The idea is fantastic and it helps both consumers and retailers to maximize savings and minimize food wastage. However, the app crashes and restarts a lot and clearly has a lot of bugs to be worked out. I'll order more once you guys QA the app and fix all the bugs, because right now, it's difficult to use with it restarting every few screens.

Love this app concept, but its been very glitchy lately! eternal loading screens (especially on loading menu) and constantly having to restart it, and also the 'avalible later' marker glitches (before I could buy food prior to the pick-up/available time, but now the available later marker shows up all the way until the pick-up time. but then its sold out. sometimes I can close the app and restart and will be able to buy it (available later marker disappears) but also viceversa)
