I swear by this app. Edobo has made my grocery shopping 10 times easier. Especially during this pandemic situation they are a bliss. I personally never enjoyed going for grocery shopping not only it was tedious but messy. Edobo made it simpler. They sort , clean , uv sanitize and pack each product separately. I literally put everything directly in the fridge even if they are greens. Greens are cleaned and sorted before being delivered. One can directly wash and use for cooking. Love this app.💯❤

Ordered for the first time today and what a mistake it has been. No delivery, no customer service. They keep saying it's left the faculty long bqck but don't have the details of the delivery partner. They have no clue why it's delayed or if the order is getting fulfilled. Avoid using this, stick to your regular guys, or try this out only if you want to break your head with repeated follow ups. Extremely disappointed and certainly uninstalling after this order gets fulfilled (If only it does).

Yes it was an amazing experience. Although when u shop online there are cases where the product gets delayed or comes bad. However here that is a very rare case. Product quality is outstanding and if sometime the product gets delayed or any issue they resolve it and work on it that is the bestpart of this company. Good going❤️💯

I just downloaded the app. After filling all details waiting for OTP, but didn't receive. Tried it several times. Even want to know the location that the company is serving which is not mentioned anywhere.

Some products are really Bad quality & even spoilt on the exterior. They take 7-10 for a simple refund. Overall not happy

Good app faster delivery but app interface needs lots of improvement. There is no accountability for items undelivered in prepaid order. Some basic items like Britania Rusk is not available. Searching item is not proper in app.
