Useless. Always crashes when trying to reserve. Parking attendants keep insisting to uninstall and install app (which I have done more than 10 times) Sent an email two days ago, up to now no reply. I've already topped up but cant use it due to app errors so they insist for me to pay cash.

It's great when it works, but I've used it and pretty much 80% of the time there's an error. The staff and human component of the app are really nice though, supports been very helpful but I think they need more help on the programming app

Not usable, I reloaded 1000 last January 24 to try the app but until now I still can't use it since there are no parking space availabe to reserve. Even vallet service is unavailable. Tried to search at Ortigas, Makati, BGC and Pasay area. I just want to refund my credits.

App always keep crashing. Also, why would a parking booking app require camera access? also, there is another dibz app (in the backend). I can sense it's badly coded.

Very useful app, given how it's difficult to get a parking space in Manila. The valet service is also helpful especially when the parking lot is already full

The app is working but the parking lot is horrendous and expensive. Massive craters on an uncemented vacant lot which is muddy when its raining in ermita near robinsons manila coupled with the price is not worth it.
