"There is a new version on PlayStation store, update" NO , there isn't!! I even reinstalled nothing works. I needed it yesterday to arrive in time at an appointment. Now I have money on my Circ balance and can't use it. This adding up to not being able to park on a park zone and being charged extra for no reason sometimes, I lost my patience. I sent an email to support with no response. If this continues I will have to take more serious actions to get my money back.

Horrible app experience. The e scooter was great but the app let the experience down. As I attempted to end the ride and find a safe spot to leave the scooter the app requested an upgrade. After a few attempts to get the upgrade, an uninstall and reinstall I had to leave the scooter as it was unusable as it became locked. Quite a stressful experience overall, now I will have to go through the process of requesting money back from a ride I could not finish in a proper manner

Continual incorrect error "new version please update" , no actual new version. App is unusable because there's a continual error saying there's a new version please go to Google play to update to continue using. I go to Google play and there is no update to install.. Just an endless catch-22.. Looking at other reviews has been a problem for over 2 months. Developer not answering. Find another app

Aftrr entering my credit card details and 20 euros were charged, the app shows error msg that there's an update available and won't let me do anything until i update! Even tho this is the latest version. So now I'm stuck between going to the play store to update and pressing open app from playstore as there are no updates.

It's not that the app is bad at all: it does let you rent a scooter, despite the huge lag and occasional "payment method problems" (I use PayPal); but it does have some problems with the trip overview map - it just shows where I am in that moment, and not where I drove by - and it doesn't let me use the "Group Ride" functionality.

Terrible experience. You can only stop in a "designated parking" area. And normally that is far away from where you want to go. In my case 500m. Completely useless. And on top of that it did not recognize when i was in a such a place. I had to move around this place for ten minutes till it recognized it. In the end I paid 4 Euro for a 1km ride and had to walk 500m by foot. Thats fraud. I want my money back.
