Crashes on startup on both me and my wifes phone. This started today. Usually we are kinda happy, but today it's unusable for both of us. EDIT: Clearing the cache seems to have solved the issue, atleast for me. We do how ever have the same issues as others. Eg. Slow connection times etc. Which is why Im changing the review to only 3 stars. The app has not been updated in ages.

Clearing storage/data did the trick. Great app. Our keys were cut bad, but we haven't bothered getting it fixed with this app. It's great. Customer service is best in class. Friends may call you iron man.

[After 4 months of use] It is a good device and has worked as expected most of the time. App is simple to use. Once the app stopped connecting with the lock and had to reconfigure the whole thing. Support is almost nonexistent, only forums where the answer is pretty much to always reset everything. Make sure TO ALWAYS HAVE A KEY AVAILABLE BECAUSE YOU MAY GET LOCKED OUT *WISH LIST: 1.Improve Reliability. 2.An external keypad (like the august one). 3.A WearOS app to unlock from smart watches.

The Android app experience has always been lacking, but recently things have been completely non functional. I have not been able to connect to the lock since March 23 from my OnePlus 6T. It seems to work ok on my husbands phone though. The only difference I can think of is Android version. I'm running Pie, and he's not. Shouldn't this so work with the most recent version of Android though?

Recently upgraded to Android 9 and then the lock doesn't work anymore. Updated(10 May 2019): After upgrading to Android 9, my phone could not connect to the lock at all. I tried to re-install the app but still not working. Eventually I needed to reset the lock. Then re-config and register the lock with my phone again. Now working fine. However, I would need to authorize the guests again.

Can't unlock the door with Google Assistant. Sesami Google Assistant provides worse user experience just looping the explanation...
