Please fix the error that does not allow login due to the phones clock being off? My time is fine, the app doesn't seem to think it is right, and won't let me log in.

There needs to be more practical information about how to use this app if you seriously intend for infrequent transit users and out-of-towners to use it. It's super frustrating that the 'More Info' section just links to a Youtube video-- if you're in public without headphones, the video is useless because you can't hear it. There needs to be written information as well. It would also be nice if it explained somewhere that you may be asked to tap your ticket when you show it to the bus driver so that the background color changes, verifying that the ticket is real/valid. The app itself seems to work OK, but it is not intuitive at all.

First, I'm really thankful Metro makes this option available - I commute exclusively by bus/bike and it's so handy to have this if I can't find my pass. Unfortunately I can't seem to get a ticket ready in time to present it to the driver as I'm boarding, because it keeps telling me I need to "redownload" my tickets to use them even tho I am connected to data. Shutting off WiFi and closing/re-opening the app seems to resolve it after a few tries, but by then then it's too late.

Works good for buses for me. You can prebuy many bus tickets; they save on your phone and don't expire. But not lightrail, those are 1 week max. Also lightrail doesn't take certain cards. Payment option just doesn't show up. Possibly confusing. Probably bad if you lose phone service before activating ticket, which can happen underground. When you first open app in the morning it wants to redownload tickets for some reason. Doesn't seem to react until app is again opened.

Convenient, but super buggy. I stopped using the app for a while, but wanted to give it a second chance. My purchased tickets are locked to my old phone, and in order to access them I need to contact customer support. The problem with that is it doesnt tell me how to contact them. I can't find an email or support info in the app.

Told me it was out of date and needed to be reinstalled which I did. Now I can't access my monthly pass cuz it says it's part of an older version of the app. How ridiculous is that? But wait, there's more: the form for customer support won't send because it says the captcha wasn't filled in, but they never provided one to begin with. So here I am, doing this. And tomorrow I get to call them.
