Functional enough to buy a bus pass, but the pass management functions are completely busted so hope you never have to transfer a balance, remove a pass, switch phones etc.

The app is great, so convenient, and beneficial to anyone who uses this this app. If you're living in Rhode Island and Ripta is how you get around, you need to download this app. The app is on your phone that you take with you everywhere, so you'll always be prepared to hop on Ripta. Check the Ripta bus schedule and check the approximate time that the bus will be heading your way. I love it. Go get the app.

Horrible awful no good app. Sometimes it takes your money, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you add a Day Pass to your account and when you got on the bus, the reader won't take it and says transaction declined. Or when you have say $6 on your balance and you try to scan it but it says transaction declined when there is clearly money on it and the bus drivers look at you like a liar. Drives me nuts. You can't remove cards that serve no purpose from your account. An extremely flawed app.

Works great love the transfer times seems there equipment is not always working so it doesn't scan it but they see that understand and still let me on overall ripta is a great compassionate company who cares for the people
