Would be great if the installed a lock on the app so that it doesn't manually work with the button until the lock is lifted. Child proofs it

Every now and then I loose connection with one (the same each time) shade. When I try to reconnect it, I need to spend HOURS because it's hard to find it. EDIT After some technical issues, now I'm also having mechanical issues. One of my Brunt (the one that did not have connection issues) stopped working at all, even with the manual buttons. it seems that it's the gear that brake! bad material as well...

Cant connect go Google Home at all. Its says "successfully linked" but it just doesn't show. The app its self is very unresponsive, even clicking on different setting of the Airjet it doesn't work. It works for few seconds then it revert to the previous setting like it wasn't applied. Linking the Airjet to the app was a neighmare, I had to use an old phone which doesn't have 5G wifi so it was forced ti use 2.4G. The English used in the app is very poor, little effort was made in making this app.

Decent attempt but needs much work. Great when you finally get it going but difficult to set up (you need to disconnect phone from wifi and use data - not in instructions). Reset of blind length is not possible - you actually completely reconnect it with all the initial difficulty. Google integration good but Alexa is terrible. Needs sunset function as suggested by almost all reviews but they seem to ignore it. Widget useless, needs a simple open/clise widget.

I could not pair the device with my current phone. When I tried with my old android phone it paired right away. The poorly translated instructions did not help either. Now that it works, it works but that's all. Apart from Google Assistant it doesn't really talk with anything else.

Love these I have 2 of them. They are so easy to set up. 1 was working the wrong way & I couldn't work out how to fix it. I used the FB messenger to contact them the response was fast & I sorted the issue out. It's a tick box on the bottom of the set up of the blind heights that's to reverse the mechanism. Highly recommend these. I have used it through Alex works ok but I just use the sunset & sunrise times for it to do it's things themselves.
