• Getting Started: After downloading MoveSmart and signing up, simply open the app and look on the map to discover the location of the bikes around you.

• Rent: Approach a rental bike and press the button on BitLock (Bluetooth Bike Lock) attached to the bike. The app will pick up the signal emitting from the lock and identifies the bike for you. Request to join the service, accept liability waiver agreement, and rent the bike.

• Paying: With MoveSmart you pay through your phone. It’s easy, fast, and secure.

About Operators:

• Each local bike share system is operated independently by reliable and vetted local operators.
