What a joke! I have followed the directions on the app and provided with the product! It WILL NOT CONNECT! What a huge waste of money and time. We will be sending this junk back and uninstalling the app (unless you have a better suggestion). This deserves 0 (zero) stars.

Not connecting, same as many others. I haven't had any luck by reinstallment, turning off the network, trying out different sequences etc. Hope an update with a fix comes soon, otherwise wasted money.

Works fine for me. Seems to pause my Bluetooth connection when it's started, not sure why that is affected by WiFi.

At first, I followed every step but I could not see the vdo until I followed advices here from some users to turn off mobile data. The app developer should correct this issue asap.

Software doesn't open completely when you hit "Start". I first got the camera the YCamera app software downloaded fine from the Play Store. Installation went well, and first few uses were great. But now, the app doesn't open. The little circle arrow just spins on the screen. I decided to uninstall the software and reinstall it. That didn't fix it. I have the latest version which is from 2018. I can't understand why it worked the first couple days and now it won't even open completely.
