Unable to connect to the feeder (using Pixel 3 XL, Android 9), sadly rendering the feeder useless. I am using a 2.4Ghz WiFi connection as suggested. During pairing, my expectation is that my phone would temporarily disconnect its regular WiFi connection and connect to the feeder, however that's not happening. I suspect that is the problem.

unable to connect the app to the device. this makes the device redundant and useless. although the app tells you that it cannot use the 5g connection, it cant connect normal WiFi. hopefully someone can contact me to fix this issue or rhe device goes back.

Always crashes and needs restart. Furthermore, it doesn't tell how many portions have been delivered, just which ones have been programmed, without considering if the same programme was delivered 2 or more times instead of 1 as programmed. We are returning the box

All works well and does what it says. Had an issue where it wouldn't record audio, emailed the developers who fixed it in just a few days. Brilliant support

I got it working, but this has fundamentally basic flaws. I'm a mobile developer, open source the code, send me the github and I'll lend a hand to make this app good
