Im having no problems with my app, it works great. Every issue that arises is from user error with batteries or wifi not connecting. Also the feeder does have some design flaws but what I did was fabricate an agitator into the bowl where the food is, and I have yet have a problem with food getting stuck.

App crashes all the time, and I have uninstall and reinstall it every day to use it. I haven't had any problems with connecting or signing in like other users though, thankfully. Feeder itself is great, but without a reliable app, it seriously devalues the product. I wish I'd checked the reviews here before buying.

app is not user friendly. does not connect. the device does not allow to adjust each meal. none of the features on the snapshot show on the application. it automatically activates your wifi even when you disconnect your phone.

This is an awful app with a lot of bugs. Timezone get messed up if you are sharing account with someone and any one of you travel to different timezones. Have to reinstall app to fix. This app decreased the value of the machine.

I figured out the fix for android phones! download an ios emulator through play store, install on phone temporarily to trick the app into thinking you have an I phone. setup the pet feeder, and uninstall iOS emulator. Great success!!!
