I bought 2 of these petfeeders. There is too many issues with connection. Works well only when I'm at home, I can view the cameras fine. When I am at work or elsewhere and try to view the cameras it says they are "offline". This happens a lot. Sometimes i get lucky and they are online. But other times one camera is online and the other is offline, or they are both offline. What is the point of having a camera if the purpose of it is to view my pets when I'm out of the house?

The app almost never connects when we're away from home, it's laggy, the notifications are not consistent and fails constantly to do whay it is designed to do. Not recommended.

Same issues like with everyone else. This app and pet feeder is a pain to deal with. Better look for alternatives.

I initially gave 4 stars but i am now reducing it to 3 stars as this is the only App that still refuses to work with VPN (nordvpn). Other than that it works well. Update: Oct. 5, 2020. Down to 1 star as the app won't even open now. It just opens briefly and quickly closes.

This app needs video record on feeding feature. If the user can set the video to record automatically when an automatic feeding begins, the user can check to see if all the pets are being fed in a multi pet household.

The device rarely connects to the app. The app constantly crashes. For such a pricey device I expected the application to be much more sophisticated. Contacting customer service didnt help very much with my issues. I was told to ensure the device was on and connected to the internet. Neither of those were an issue and if I can't rely on a device I bought to keep watch on my dog quite pointless.
