This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing OUCAM on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. I would give this a five star, but I can't keep it from disconnecting after it's on for about 1 minutes time... The picture I get is crystal clear and the setup was super easy.... If I could get it to stay on it will def be a 5 star rating... It's so easy to use... I can't wait to play back the videos I couldn't sit and watch yet.

Does not notify my phone of any motion detection. My phone settings are set to allow push notications and the app is set to record when the alarm is set and to record only when motion is detected. My camera is on looking down in front of my apartment and I get NO NOTIFICATIONS.... I had a package delivered to my door the other day. I can see the mail man put the package in front of my door and the app DID NOT notify me of any motion detection. I had to open the app to see recording. TRASH

Not worth the price of free. The app is not intuitive whatsoever. You have to disconnect your phone from Wi-Fi and mobile to connect to the camera. Makes zero sense at all. I had to power off the camera to write this review. The cameras are also TRASH you're lucky if you get up to 12 fps. Its like watching a movie with half the frames missing or like someone waving their hand in front of your eyes.....it gives me headaches. Not worth it at all

I read some of the 1 star comments but I haven't experienced any of them. Minimal and direct UI. I was able to get a motion alarm and picture/video feature works. Gave 3 stars for a lot of odd permissions it asks for what it is. For example manage calls? Why? I'm going to keep all those permissions denied though. Besides storage to save media. Also not going to hook it up to my WiFi for security reasons. App could potentially spy back on you with all the permissions it asks for.

I bought this mini camera and it's absolutely junk. The app constantly force closes won't find the camera. All in all don't use this
