Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CM10/CM11 DarkHolo Theme on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

This theme is basic and great. Everything is themed black, except for GooglePlay, which seems to be resistant to theming! Great job anyway! PS: I am using a recent CM11 nightly with Paranoid Android's GoogleApps

probably the best minimalistic black theme for holo lovers out there. there are some minor issues but still good enough for everyday use.

Perfect theme for users which prefer dark design, it's AMOLED screen-friendly too. Great composition with black Google Apps.

One point: Calendar menu has black font with black background, so it is not usable

NOTE1: This theme won't be updated for other cyanogenmod versions. Support ends with CM11.
NOTE2: You need root and a custom rom like Cyanogenmod 9, 10, 10.1, 10.2 and CM11 to use this theme. If you don't know what I'm talking about please don't download this theme because you won't be able to use it.

Black android! This is DarkHolo theme for Cyanogenmod CM9,CM10,CM10.1,CM10.2,CM11 and other custom roms. This theme is like the stock holo theme, but with dark/black backgrounds, black panels, dialogs and widgets. This theme will always be free, so if you want to support me you can buy one of my paid themes or the donate version.

FEATURES:
-black backgrounds for apps that depend from Theme.Holo of framework (like various menus,settings,downloads,some stock browser's parts,dsp manager,torch and much other)
-black panels,dialog and popups

COMPATIBILITY:
-DarkHolo theme actually is compatible with XHDPI,HDPI,MDPI,LDPI devices (should be compatible with all devices)

-Apply theme in theme chooser and reboot.
-If it says "Sorry this theme is missing assets for your device" apply anyway and reboot.
-if it says "This theme is incorrectly compiled" apply default theme,reboot,apply DarkHolo, reboot.
