Cab driver doesn't know his own number so some one else thought it was thier cab and stole mine.. also location setting is beyond trash...

App instable, aucune explication, interface utilisateur très pauvre. Service inégal, j'ai eu à appeler la coop directement car le taxi s'était perdu et ai été très mal traitée; mauvais dispatch, au cours de mois d'usage j'ai eu à annuler des demandes de taxi car le dispatch ne trouvait personne tôt le matin, et l'app bloque ton compte après un certain nombre d'annulation, sans avertissement et sans le dire nul part, et ce même si tu n'as jamais fait perdre de temps à un chauffeur. Très déçue, ce mauvais traitement m'a fait essayer Uber malgré mes craintes et maintenant je ne reprendrai plus jamais un taxi à Laval.
