About this app

The Converter App converts media (images, videos, and documents) to text and text to media.
It also guards media in an internal app gallery. All images, videos, and documents are protected by a password (the password is optional and it can be empty).

You can send text instead of images and videos on some flights, where sending and receiving text is for free but sending and receiving media involves an extra cost. If you want to send an image (or a video) as text, first you convert it to text using this app and then send generated text by WhatsApp.
If you received a text and want to convert it to a media, you just copy the text and paste it into the Converter App in order to get the media.

You can save any video or image that you don't want to be seen in your normal unprotected phone gallery to a password protected Converter App private gallery.

- Click on "Load Media File" to load an image, a video or a document from your device.
- Click on "Convert" to either convert from text (previously copied to the Clipboard) or convert loaded media to text and copy its contents to the Clipboard.
- Click on "My Gallery" to see all the images, videos, and documents in the app private gallery.

To save a media file to a private gallery, click on a Save icon on its top right.

You can also backup media (one file or multiple files, or all of the albums) to a text file and then either send this file to a friend or restore it later. Since all of the images in the file can be password protected, this is a very safe way of sending images, videos and documents.
