If I could give this app zero stars I would. I have been patiently waiting for a fix but still cannot attach from my phone to our Giga 6. I tried after the update in July, didn't work. I tried after the August update, it still doesn't work. Every wifi enabled device in our home connects with zero issue but not this incredibly expensive coffee machine! I have removed the app, reinstalled it a number of times. Removed the dongal in the back and reinstalled it (multiple times). So frustrating.

It works now :) I was pretty upset when I got the Z10(Xmas 22). The app would have received a negative score...I gave up. I just tried again, it did a Firmware update, and now it's fine. Connecting it could not be easier. The only thing I would ask now, that it does not do, is that it copy my settings from the machine into the app, as of right now, it's a separate thing...so you have to copy down what you have set in the machine, so you can program it into the app. Thanks for fixing this Jura!

It's it's finicky connection wise but for the most part will connect. Two main things IMHO are holding it back. 1: The order section doesn't have options to order cold varieties of drinks, only the instant drink section area does. 2: There is no order history or ability to save orders to keep personalized versions of drinks at a press of a button on your own device. Once you customized, order, and even create a custom name for your drink and it completes... It disappears into the bit bucket.

'data being transferred' pops up when I go into the app, before I make changes. I get that if I make changes it would do this, but it does it a lot and it takes a long time to wait for this data transfer. Data should really only transfer when a change is made. Otherwise works well. Galaxy S10+. Jura Z8. And their reply is in another language. I can google translate but come on. - They told me to clear the cache. I have used the app 3 times and already have to clear the cache? I will do this.

Works fine with my Pixel XL 2 v10, Jura S8. However, minus one star since it requires location services, and minus one star because product settings in the app and product settings in the Jura S8 do not match. I thought that the app would read the product settings in the S8 and when you make adjustments in the app, or the S8, they always sync and are the same. Sent a message to Jura support to see if there's a way to sync them and ensure both the same, will update if I discover this is possible.

I have the exact same issue as another person regarding the new Z10. The machine will connect to my wifi, however it refuses to display the machine on my devices. I've tried Android, iOS, doesn't matter. I've restarted, factory reset, given all privileges, cleared cache, tried different wifi networks, channels, bands. You name it and I've tried. There is a serious bug on the Z10 models. For $4300 this should work perfectly! Unless this is fixed with a firmware update asap I'll be returning.
