My experience, today (Sunday) was terrible, I toke a ticket to arrive ar rheineck, and because the app had wrong time for train or bus, I ended up traveling back and foward 2 times, until I saw a train with the correct place, by luck! Anyone who works on building the app, needs to be constantly updating it, its extremly misleading

This app saved me, because the lady who works there said the wrong number of the station, and I hurried back home. It was a long distance... So, thanks a lot!

This app is not serious, out of order way too many times. Very unreliable. It put me in difficult situations many times, because either the purchase of ticket does not work, either the easy ride option does not turn on or stops abruptly in the middle of the journey (which is extremely stressful). And do not count on the ticket controllers to be understanding and humane. They do not care and wil fine you as if you were cheating, without caring that it's actually a failure from their own company.

Just got fined the second time this year because the app stopped working during a trip. The first time it was because the ticket gets stopped after you turn on battery saver mode which apparently I should have read in the "terms and conditions" according to SBB. This time I'm 100% sure I started the ticket, I opened it and it had disappeared. Also last time I called and the employee treated me really rudely, as if I'm some kind of idiot. This app already cost me 200 bucks in fines, it's a shame

A privacy violation waiting to happen. The app, unlike many apps with sensitive information, exposes your full name, PHOTO and date of birth with no app password! I requested the feature, to be told "we aren't going to add a password, log out and in again". That is not viable for easy use of the app, and is unfortunately pretty typical of the sbb service mentality. IN RESPONSE TO SBB REPLY - MAKE THE PASSWORD OPTIONAL! OF COURSE! THEN PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT EASE OF USE CAN CHOOSE NOT TO USE IT AND PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT PRIVACY OF CRITICAL PERSONAL INFORMATION CAN USE IT. WHAT ON EARTH IS SO HARD ABOUT PROTECTING YOUR CLIENTS' INFORMATION IN THIS ERA OF CONSTANT HACKS AND PRIVACY VIOLATIONS?

Horrible apps, nothing works, plenty of "oophs errors", can't buy train tickets (never managed to buy s single ticket - spent hours!), even the rude ticket counter person at train station could not buy a ticket on the apps! Very poor user interface. Even worse for our foreign guests. A true national embarrassment. Take a look at how smooth and efficient DB tickets are offered. 3 clicks gets you a paid ticket with real time schedulreupdqste throughout the trip.
