every time I want to use the checkin ticket it fails and I risk buying the ticket too late, the manual selection has the worst interface ever, it doesnt allow you to buy a ticket with zone numbers but train names and connections that you should know the whole map by heart... maybe the prices of their trains are too low, they should raise them and hire some good developers!

Getting worse now. Doesn't work with saved credit cards so setup is painful. Was: 4 stars because it supports frquent journeys now, though the UX is still kinda unintuitive. Previous: Check-in tickets make life much easier, though I'd still prefer to buy the ticket I always buy with one click. Last time I forgot to checkout until I was on a flight to San Francisco. Previous: Really poor UX, takes something like 10 clicks to buy the same ticket I buy nearly every time, when it could be 1 click.

excellent app unless and BUT not tourist friendly, especially for day ticket WITH multi zone and the explanations for the day ticket classes, zones and combination tickets was poor - I ended up paying a chf 75 fine which could have been avoided with a better day ticket interface

The timetable is useless and has a silly structure, like the ticket vending machines! I am using google more often until the program will be refurbishd. Using Google Mpas takes a few seconds only, ieasy, quick and logically structured. Departure-/arrival times, everything is visible, eberything I need. My recommendation: let's go back to the old ZVV-timetable!

Overall worse than the old app. What I find most annoying is the notifications (as pop ups even) to turn off energy saving mode and turn on location every single time I open it. Really, why? I understood that when I got the notification the first time, I don't need to click on it every time I use the app. So freaking annoying. Also please bring back the favourite trips feature.

The app is overall quite good but some points need to be addressed: - connection results are a subset of those shown by the SBB app, and some known combination are not even shown - the new version of the app does not take into account the 9 Uhr pass when purchasing a trip across the validity time (eg a trip from 8:50 to 9:10 should be billed only for the portion before 9). This is either very cunning or a big oversight ...
