ordering is fine, if non intuitive. e.g. a big plus button should add to the basket, it doesn't - it shows further options before you press the next unintuitive blue button with a price on it. the credit card payment failed because back / forward swipes on my phone to retrieve information from 1Password for my credit card details are interpreted as a back action in web, aborting the payment. i hope the food is better than the UI.

Used to be good until it got taken over by Eat but now it's terrible. I ordered from a restaurant that I previously ordered from before without any problems. This time I received an email telling me that the order will not be delivered because my place is too far. shouldn't you stop people from ordering from restaurants that are unavailable before they actually place an order? This platform makes no sense and can't be trusted. It's a pity eat bought takeway. Will never use again.

My credit card was charged even though I did not receive my order! I called the restaurant and they didn't even get the order, yet it was marked by Takeaway as completed, customer service only responds with automated emails. Poor service

Doesn't function consistently. Try to order food, Have to log in again (why?), credentials rejected (why?), try to reset password, email never arrives. Order my food via eat.ch in the end.

The app is useless if the service that comes with it is not nice. I would say it's very bad service. They prolong my delivery and cancelled my order twice and still did not get my money back. What is this for service vary an Swiss..what ever.

Bad experience with the delivery. No tracking and no detailed information. Order came very late and there was no way to find out what happened. Will not use again.
