Thanks to step-by-step instructions, the DUROMATIC® Comfort App makes cooking with your DUROMATIC® Comfort pressure cooker simpler than ever – and turns meal preparation into a fun event! The app also comes complete with lots of delicious recipes and meal ideas that are guaranteed to succeed.
Just choose one of the many recipes – Milanese risotto, for example, or stewed veal with porcino, or a luscious chocolate cake – and follow the step-by-step instructions given by the app. Last but not least, press the blue button on the lid of the pressure cooker, close the lid, and away you go. The sensor inside the lid communicates with your smartphone or tablet in real time, signals when to adjust the temperature, and tells you when the food is ready. With the app, you can keep track of the entire cooking process – and enjoy a meal which is cooked to perfection.
Besides the digital recipe book, the DUROMATIC® Comfort App also contains a list of cooking times for more than 60 foods. As soon as you select an ingredient, the app will automatically tell you how long it needs to cook, and how much water you need to add. Now activate the bluetooth function by pressing the button, and lean back and relax!
Cook, stew or steam pulses, cabbage, root vegetables or potatoes, or prepare larger cuts of meat, stews or soups. The sky is your limit – you can even simmer or sous-vide food in your pressure cooker! With your pressure cooker, meals are prepared in minutes, using up to 70% less energy than conventional cooking methods and retaining more vitamins! Hurrah for Cooking 2.0!
