Rude driver, bus number was different from what was pasted on the bus, ticket scanning had to be done in office which was not mentioned in the ticket, the Eurolines office entrance said it's not open to public and no directions we're provided clearly to reach the office for enquiries. misleading service and rude staff, not helpful at all especially knowing that most of the passengers will be foreigners, better service is expected.

Whatever I do, I cannot find any fare, it amwalys says parameter erros because I can't add a city to "TO" hence I can't do any searches.

Extremely poor service. Our bus never arrived. Me and another passenger were at the station an hour early. We waited in the rain for the bus for almost 2 hours and it never arrived. We called the helpline and the lady at the other end after making us wait another 20 mins, blatantly lied to us that the bus left on time.
