App performance is good but the grievance redressal is the worst of its kind. There's no response to any grievance and are pending since more than 6 months. There is no monitoring on the disposal of grievance. All the officers from top to bottom are quite indifferent towards the grievances of the citizens. Better close this for grievance redressal. It's of no use when it is not doing any good for the citizens.

One of the worst Applications in playstore. I have raised a complaint few days ago regarding stray dogs issue in our locality. When i tried to check in Grievance section, there are no complaints to check. What a disgusting app to fool the people. Waste of time. Time Pass GHMC. I think developers of this app are from top class universities(sarcastic). I think Ameerpet students will do better job.

The app is wonderful. There is no scope for escalation of unresolved complaints and complaints closed without resolution. As such the element of utility and accountability is totally lost. Till this is incorporated such a WONDERFUL EFFORT is totally USELESS.

GHMC is sending simple " RESOLVED" messages without taking action to my complaints since more than 4 months. The staff has not visited spot. Our beside Vishwanath Arcade resident Bhushanam already lifted the sewerage into private Septic Tank Vehicle and again releasing drainage water into septic tank dug besides road. Drinking water also polluted two times though we got New connection. I already explained in the past complaints. PANDIKOKKULU are damaging BHAGIRATHA WATER pipe Line.

Update 27th Nov 2020: Crashes each time you try to open the app. Rediects you to play store saying there is a new version, when there is none. Clearly the developer knows nothing about maintenance and updation of an app.

While raising the complaint application will consider without any issues but when the complaint is forwarded to the GHMC department, they will call and say that area doesn't belong to them and the complaint is closed without any resolution.
