About this app

The Cystic Fibrosis Questionnaire-Revised (CFQ-R) application calculates the score derived from the CFQ-R, on a 0-100 scale with higher scores indicating better HRQoL. It may be used clinically during routine CF care and for CF research.

Questionnaire data is stored on the device and may be accessed by the clinician by setting a private passphrase under settings in the menu. Under settings it is also possible to synchronise data collection for multiple devices by logging in with the same credentials.

Under "patients" in the menu, it is possible to view data from an individual patient and results over time.
