About this app

The Sèquia canal is a medieval building from the fourteenth century, which crosses the plane of Bages. The canal takes the water from the Llobregat River, and it flows through 26 km, until it reaches Manresa. Its unique construction, the events that originated it, as well as his little exploitation, allowed preserving many elements of the original building, and has become one of the most important canals from Catalonia, Spain and, for the extraordinary set of elements, from Europe.

In this app, you will find several routes around the canal. With them you will be able to discover magical places, full of history. There are spaces that will captivate you and your family. We hope you enjoy them. If you download it, you’ll find several routes that you can follow, and that will change throughout the year, with attractions, games for children and complementary information of the place you are visiting.
