The main problem is that it only connects to my TV at certain times. I can try for a full hour to get it to connect but it still won't. If it would start connecting more often I will give a higher rating, but until then I give a 2 star review.

Do not install. Scam. Supposed free trial not done. Immediately charges and does not work. IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. Calling the support number sends you to Spanish speaking agent even if you press 8 for English. The number is answered as "Dish TV" and agent unsure what you want no matter how you explain, still asks if you are wanting to sign up for Dish or already have it (I do not have nor do I want it.) Then, agent finally gives you another phone number which is a recording. I want to cancel.
