Empresa gera cobranças indevidas e o suporte é horrível, não só eu como outros amigos tiveram dor de cabeça com a vai car, pesquisem mais sobre a empresa antes de alugar com eles!

Várias funções do app apresentam defeito, pagamento de boletos, agendamento de retirada de veículo, chat, praticamente tudo. Dá msm forma é o serviço prestado pela vaicar, péssimo atendimento e pós vendas. Minha experiência com vcs foi horrível, não indico a ngm. Vale a pena pagar um pouco mais caro em algo melhor. Não indico, nota 1 no app e zero no serviço.

Bons preços, mas o suporte é péssimo. Se algum dia eu for roubado, vou demorar uma hora para conseguir comunicar a empresa. Podiam separar e telefone de suporte com o de furtos/roubos, assim teríamos mais chances de reciperar nossos carros.
