This app isn't user friendly at all. It doesn't explain how you can claim points for your stays and when I try to fill out the contact form and I hit "submit", it says submitting and never goes through. When you go to the area that says "Book a Stay" it just gives you a phone number to call, you can't actually book online. All in all this app doesn't do anything I expected it to do.

Whatever login Bug Fix you did doesn't work anyways. Fill in all fields and won't let me log in anyways. Hope the Canalta hotel I stay in tomorrow is better than the app.

While I am a Canalta member and I like their hotels, they sadly lack in their software both on their website and in this app. On the website a member can't log-in as a member and book a room as a member, and the app is the same. Try to book a room logged in with your account using the app and it asks you to log in again when you wish to select your room, only to not recognize your log-in information. The app is as bad as the website. Great hotel chain with very reasonably priced, clean rooms but total amateurs when it comes to their website and app.
