I have used many we cans now and this is the worst most basic software I have ever used. Essential features are missing the main one being you can't download/view captured videos remotely. No motion sensor area triggers. No controlled alarms on motion. This was the most expenive camera purchase ever around 300gbp and the software was not nearly as good as cameras I purchased for 50dollars. Do not buy!

When it works, it is great but increasingly it is not initialising properly and won't link to my Lawmate camera... Edit: Lawmate rep has been in touch and suggested a few things, I will check them out and see if things are better

This has to be fixed immediately. my camera relies on this app to work! If I turn on wifi (as required), app will not open.... if i turn off wifi, app opens but no device is shown (as wifi is off). Help! Please fix this ASAP.....

Was going fine until i downloaded samsung update overnight. Won't work now on S9. Have emailed the dev to see what can be done. When working it is a good app. Anyone know if Lawmate products work with different apps? UPDATE: Nothing from the Dev unfortunately. I'm writing to Lawmate to advise they need to use a different app. UPDATE 11.04.20 - new app update has resolved ALL issues.

Have used this in the past and it worked fine, however now it fails to launch everytime and is useless. Tried uninstall and reinstall - nothing works. I am using Samsung S9+.

Terrible since the last update. Constantly says the device is ofline. Haven't had a connection for more than a couple of seconds since the update.
