This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Gold Band on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Pretty poor really. Went through the process of setting up the app, booking a ride, entering payment details only for the app to say "Can't take bookings through the app at present, please phone...".

Trying to make an account with this app, all three times after uninstalling and retrying, went like this: *puts in details* *waits for email* *does not get an email or text of any kind* *ask for a new one to be sent, is told that this email is already validated* *can't really do anything without the code so tries to back steps to go back to that validation screen* *email is already used now apparently so can't* *tries to login since email is now usable apparently, but of course there is no account with that yet* So... the app doesn't work.... great job.

Solid app. But I can't book for 2019 (which is only 1 week away). And please allow 2 credit cards to be added to app, not just 1.

Please, Gold Band dev team, the app rejects my login details that work perfectly fine on desktop. But on desktop, it asks for my number while the app asks for my email.

The app does not give quotes which is what other taxi companies do so you have no way of knowing exactly what you are agreeing to or buying. Effectively no informed choice where one can compare the fare to that of another company.
