The We Belong movement is the pursuit and support in communities for meaningful, paid work opportunities for people with disabilities. The goal of the We Belong app is to reward forward-thinking businesses that hire inclusively by giving consumers a quick, easy place to find them. We hope this will inspire all businesses to hire inclusively.

We also hope the We Belong app will bolster the disability dollar — the buying power of people with disabilities and the lives they touch. People with disabilities are a significant force in the marketplace. Currently, the disability dollar represents nearly $645 million in annual consumer spending in the Edmonton area alone.
