Pizza is great, app is frickin terrible. Won't let me use my email address that I've been using my whole adult life or my back up email. Can't place an order on the app without an email address spent more time (like 20 min) trying to use the app than the 2 min it took to actually call the location. Do better, this app is the worst.

This is not discount pizza but gourmet style better quality toppings well stacked deep dish needing to be slow cooked longer then most and cut in squares. The Sherwood Park branch is much better for fully cooking the pizza dough without burning the bottom. The Fort used to offer awesome Carrot and Cheese cakes made by 'Wow Factory Deserts' in house, but one could never order these deserts online but only by calling in. Now you can order lower quality versions online. :0/

Seems easy enough to use but sure isn't gonna win any beauty pageants. Placed an order and one item was missing from receipt that was emailed to me (though total price was correct)... ended up also missing from kitchen receipt so store didn't make that item (order history in app *is* still correct though). Can't find anywhere in the app itself to get help or provide feedback. Pretty disappointing experience. Store was awesome though and comped me the missing item so kudos to them!

App wouldnt let me pay in app it says the billing address doesnt match my card. The only thing that comes up is my postal code I couldn't enter my address in... Not to mention this app is ugly and not user friendly the back buttons dont even work in the app, you have to use your phones back button..

does not work. will let me see menu and some other options but when I go to order I'm stuck on location select screen no location will allow me to select it update: I was outside an open location at the time i kept selecting the green millwoods location nothing happened will update once i order again if possible thru app

These guys way TOO EXPENSIVE , OFF PLANET PRICES. They need to come down to earth... willing to pay $21 for Large Royal Special Pizza with no reduction in quality or food amounts, yes they also cheap out on toppings like ALL other pizza places. This company has the BEST tasting crust on their pizzas, best in the world including best tasting cold or reheated next day compared to any pizza in the world.
