I got everything done and when it camw to confirming my trip, the app crashed. So I started again. Now I have 4 tickets instead of 2 and they will not refund it all to be. Absolutely terrible app and no one should use it ever. I am extremely upset and will NEVER be travelling with Orleans Express unless absolutely necessary.

They clearly dont care about customers... i wanted my FREE points back cause i made a little error and then they canceled all my 1000 points.. do u know how long it took me to accumulate this. You guys are not kind and not good as a company.

L'application est super belle, mais il y a plusieurs fonctionnalités qui ne sont pas présentes et il y a aucune façon pour déclarer les problèmes de l'application. Par exemple, ça fait 2 semaines que je ne suis plus capable d'acheter des billets sur l'application. J'ai essayé de contacter le support, mais ils ne m'ont pas répondu clairement. Aussi, c'est difficile/impossible d'utiliser l'option flex sur l'application.
